Welcome to Chris Briggs's world of Cascade Imagery.

In 2022, after retiring as a process control programmer, Chris Briggs found solace and inspiration behind the lens of a camera. His photography journey began in high school and was reignited in 2017 when he took photos of a solar eclipse with friends. Since then, Chris has been captivated by the art of landscape, macro, and abstract photography.

While still developing his unique style, Chris finds a particular affinity for low-key photography. His keen eye for composition and attention to detail has earned him recognition, with first-place wins at fairs such as Clark County, Contra Costa County, and Alameda County, including a Best of Class award at the Clark County Fair in 2022 and 2023. Chris also received a second place at the Vancouver Art and Music Festival in 2023.

Through his lens, Chris seeks to showcase the inherent beauty of nature and advocate for its preservation. Each photograph serves as a reminder of the importance of nurturing and cherishing our natural world.
